Centuro Global co-founder Asma Bashir was quoted in People Management’s article about new research highlighting that UK business leaders are more cautious about adopting AI compared to their overseas counterparts.
According to Asma Bashir, co-founder of Centuro Global, these findings “come as no surprise to me. It’s something I encounter regularly.”
She identified ongoing concerns over data privacy, job displacement and the lack of clear regulatory frameworks for organisations to follow, adding that “responsible AI implementation must consider ethical use and its impact on the workforce”. But, she continued, “this wariness among UK businesses could hinder competitiveness, especially as global companies increasingly leverage AI to streamline operations, improve decision making and enhance customer and employee service”.
